DiaFight TTRPG is a tabletop roleplaying game set in the fantasy world of DiaFight, where the emotional, physical, and social challenges of diabetes are transformed into monsters, magic, and meaningful quests.

Players step into the roles of heroes — from Therapy Knights and Psychologist Mages to Tech Engineers and Lifestyle Rangers — battling creatures like the Hypo Imp, Hyper Troll, and Stigma Shade, each representing real-life diabetes experiences through creative metaphor.

Built using the Echo Effect Principle, every location, item, and monster mirrors the real world of living with diabetes in symbolic form.

The system is compatible with major RPG formats and can be dropped into popular fantasy campaigns using the DiaPortal Plug-In System.
